CLEEN – Second Path

If you think you would like Haujobb but you find that it's either too fast or too heavy (there is some sarcasm here), then maybe Cleen is the way you should go. It is a side project of Haujobb, so if you like Haujobb at all, you will most likely enjoy this as well. With its light pop feel, Cleen may appeal to fans of Depeche Mode and maybe Covenant. Or maybe you just want help falling asleep. Again, Cleen is good for that too, although it does have minimally strong beats at time that might interfer with your sleep if you're a real light sleeper. But on the other side I feel I can be somewhat harsh towards this record because with its faults, it also manages to be pretty good, if this is what you're after. The music is well crafted and the vocals are fine. As light sounding as it is, in a dance club it has more energy. When turned up, it picks up some power.
